Were you looking for information about Scabies? Scabees is a common misspelling of scabies.
Scabies is a skin condition caused by an infestation with the
Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is spread by direct, prolonged, skin-to-skin contact with a person already infested and usually begins with a minor rash and itching. Scratching spreads the mites to other areas, and symptoms worsen after several weeks. The rash is typically found on the knees, wrists, elbows, and penis. After making a
scabies diagnosis, your healthcare provider will prescribe medications to kill all the mites and eggs.
