Norwegian Scabies Rash

Norwegian scabies (also known as crusted scabies) is a more severe form of scabies. For this form, the scabies rash can look similar to psoriasis and include:

  • Numerous blisters
  • Thick crust over the skin
  • Redness.

This rash does not tend to itch as much as other scabies infestations.

(Click Norwegian Scabies for more information on the rash caused by Norwegian scabies.)
