A more severe form of
scabies that can occur is called
Norwegian scabies (also known as crusted scabies). For this form, symptoms of scabies can look similar to
psoriasis and include:
- Numerous blisters
- Thick crust over the skin
- Redness
- Thickened, deformed nails
- Slight itching.
